You can print it there and then or export it in to excel and pdf enabling you to email details to the client. To highlight only a few of the key features; the supplier directory makes life so much easier. Viewing the contact information is easy, one click takes you to their website and you can enter their average costs which automatically populates the field in your clients budget if you chose it to. You can view each wedding individually and manage all invitations, RSVP's and create a seating plan. The software is also password protected so it is secure.
