Clients

 

All your clients are stored in this screen.  You can sort them by any of the column headings, e.g by wedding date.  You can e-mail, visit the clients website and view their location at a click of a button.

 

Reports - A number of different reports can be generated and printed, previewed or exported.  See the Reporting section in the menu on the left for a full list of available reports.

 

Export - Use this option to get a full list of all your clients details in a csv file.  This can be used for mailshots for example.

 

Attached Files - You can attach any documents that are located on your computer to any of your clients.  For example you may have some correspondance or stationery samples which apply to a particular client.  Once you have attached the files they can be retrieved at a click of a button.

 

Client Finances - All invoices and expenses relating to the client are logged here.  It will also display totals and a profit / loss figure.  All your client invoices and expenses can also be viewed using the Finances menu option.

 

Timesheet - Use this screen to record your time spent with each client.

 

Display Options - You can choose to display either all your clients, just those that are active or just prospects.

 

Totals -  Four totals are displayed at the bottom of the screen.  These are based on the status set against each client.

 

Client Details

 

You can create as many clients as required.  You can set the campaign code against the client so you know how they were generated.  You can then get a list of clients generated from each of your campaigns.  The status field will tell you if they are a prospect, live, completed etc.  You can choose to create the client database when entering the client or at a later date.
