You can create as many plans as you require and enter as many tasks as you need.  You may want to enter a plan for the bridesmaids, best man and photographer as well as the bride.  This is an itinerary of the wedding day and can be useful to give to key members of the wedding party or suppliers so everyone knows what is happening and when.
