Finances

This screen contains all your financial information.  All your client invoices and expenses are displayed here

You can also add Company Expenses, such as stationery, postage etc.  These will be displayed under Expenses section with Company Expense displayed in the Client column.

You can sort your invoices and expenses by any of the columns.  If you wanted to display your invoices in Value order then just click on the Value column header and it will sort your displayed invoices.  You can also narrow down what is displayed on the screen by using the 'All unpaid', 'All time' or 'Dates between' options.  You could for example just display all unpaid invoices and sort by due date and this would give you a list of client invoices you would need to chase payment for.  You can also print the information displayed on the screen by clicking the Print button.

Total Expenses Value

Total Unpaid Invoices
