Guests
This is the clients guest list. You can store all contact information, if an invitation has been sent and an RSVP received, attendance and dietary information. You can run reports to give attendance lists, vegetarian guests, waiting for RSVP’s etc.
This screen will display all your guests that you have invited. Each column can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column heading.
The first column will either display M for Male or F for Female, C for Child or B for Baby and V for Vegetarian or Ve for Vegan.
Each guest will have a Head of Family assigned, this enables you to group together your guests into families. You can then sort the guests screen into families by clicking on the Head of Family column heading.
The total number of invited guests is displayed at the bottom of the screen along with how many RSVP's are pending. Totals for Adults, Children and Babies and totals for confirmed guests to the ceremony, wedding breakfast and reception.
If you double click on the guests e-mail address it will automatically open a new e-mail to that address in MS Outlook.
