Overview

Welcome to Confetti and Cakes Wedding Planner Pro, designed to take the stress out of organising your business and your clients special day.  All your company information, such as your client list (which would include prospects), supplier directory and finances are located in your Company Database.  A client database can be easily generated from the Clients menu within the Company Database.  Within each client database you would record information, such as costs, budgets, guests, seating plan etc.  There is no limit to the number of client databases you can create, therefore no hidden costs.

• You can customise all the screens with your company name and logo

• Throughout the program you can always get back to the Main menu by clicking on the Main Menu button located at the top left of the screen.

• To close the program click on red cross at the top right of the screen.  Make sure you have saved any information that you have entered.

• There are numerous reports which can be run and these can be previewed on screen, printed and exported.  For example you can export them to a PDF document which can then be e-mailled.  Your company name, telephone number, e-mail and web address will be automatically printed at the bottom of each report.  There are also 3 other free text fields which you can enter any information you require and that will also be printed on every report.
