You can either enter the system information or enter your own details by using the notes facility.
Each To Do List item has a number of information fields for you to record your information. For example, in the Wedding Breakfast section you can record information such as, location, time, order of speeches, table decorations needed, booking confirmed date.
Any dates that you enter will be automatically added to your countdown calendar therefore no important dates will be missed, e.g consultation dates or collection dates.
From this screen you can jump to the Suppliers and Costs screens, allowing you to enter a new supplier and / or cost and then returning back to the To Do List screen. You can also attach files that are stored on your computer and these can be retrieved at a click of a button.
